What is Social anxiety?

Social anxiety refers to utmost fear in social settings or feelings of stress while being in social settings. It is common that many people suffer from many type of fears in social anxiety context.  These fears may come from several things. May be because of some issues in childhood, your reflections, circumstances, or just because of your beliefs etc.

   For example; fear of interaction with strangers, fear of rejection or false judgments etc. These are the most common fears which make us to suffer from social anxiety.

ASK YOURSELF?

1). Are you suffering from social anxiety?

2). When? In which situations/conditions or in which type of social settings?

3). What make you social anxious?

4). Have you ever tried to come out from social anxiety? What?

Write all these answers and analyze do you need to work on yourself or to talk with a therapist.

What should you do when you have a social anxiety?

   Social anxiety is curable and can be treated with therapy or just by doing some work with self-love on you by yourself.It sometimes becomes frustrating to calm yourself and make yourself out from social anxiety, because you have a lot of negative thoughts and feelings coming towards you just in your head only.

 >So what you should do is to take a deep breath and with every breath dig outside all negative things from your mind.

  >Just FOCUS ON YOURSELF and remind yourself that you are WHAT YOU ARE, AND YOU ARE THE BEST OF WHATEVER and WHOEVER YOU ARE RIGHT NOW!

Dealing with people having social anxiety?

When someone suffers from social anxiety try to understand his/her situation and instead of asking more frustrating questions just try to make them feel calm with your assuring words, because the way he/she is behaving like is may be because of something  that is not real, it is just in his/her mind. So talk on the topic he/she may feel more confident or give visit to any therapist.
